  • The ERP runs under a paid Enterprise Edition licence for the users and computers you subscribe for.
  • Modules are sold under the Proprietary License v1.0.
  • You may build your own modules on top, but you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute our software.

Enterprise Edition

Enterprise Edition is licensed under the Ali’s Soft Club Enterprise Edition License v1.0, defined as follows:

This software and associated files (the “Software”) can only be used (executed, modified, executed after modifications) with a valid Ali’s Soft Club Enterprise License Subscription for the correct number of users and computers (workstations and servers).

With a valid Partnership Agreement with Ali’s Soft Club, the above permissions are also granted, as long as the usage is limited to a testing or development environment.

You may develop Ali’s Soft Club modules based on the Software and distribute them under the license of your choice, provided that it is compatible with the terms of the Ali’s Soft Club Enterprise Edition License (For example: LGPL, MIT, or proprietary licenses similar to this one).

You may use Ali’s Soft Club modules published under any license along with the Software, provided that their license is compatible with the terms of the Ali’s Soft Club Enterprise License (Including, but not limited to, any module published on the Ali’s Soft Club Apps Store on alisoftclub.com/apps)

It is forbidden to publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT. Apps

Unless otherwise stated, Ali’s Soft Club Apps are published under the Ali’s Soft Club Proprietary License v1.0, defined as follows

This software and associated files (the “Software”) may only be used (executed, modified, executed after modifications) if you have purchased a valid license, typically via Ali’s Soft Club Apps, or if you have received a written agreement from Ali’s Soft Club or authors of the Software (see the COPYRIGHT file).

You may develop Ali’s Soft Club modules that use the Software as a library (typically by depending on it, importing it and using its resources), but without copying any source code or material from the Software. You may distribute those modules under the license of your choice, provided that this license is compatible with the terms of the Ali’s Soft Club Proprietary License (For example: LGPL, MIT, or proprietary licenses similar to this one).

It is forbidden to reverse engineer, remodify, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software or modified copies of the Software.
