If your use of software or service from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. Compatibility

We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across most major Operating Systems (OS) or Browsers (if so), which is why our products support the latest OS including (but not limited to). However, the performance may vary between different OS, versions, and browsers.

Updates

Customers who make individual, multiple or Extended product or license purchases will get access to product updates that are available to them remains active till product or license expires.

Even though there is no guarantee that the older products will be compatible with future versions of any framework or technology, all products are designed to work with the latest stable version and we do our best to release product updates on the same day of a major release, if not sooner.

Delivery

Your individual/package product(s) information will be emailed to the email address (that you will provide) once we receive your payment or after completing the registration. Even though this usually takes a few minutes, it may also take up to 24 hours. You can contact us through our contact page if you do not receive your email after waiting for this time period. You will also have access to purchased product after logging in with the given credentials.

Demo Content

Content or Images shown on our demo pages may or may not be included in the final files provided to you. We usually provide base structure shown on our demo as they are part of software but in some cases, it may not be included.

Ownership

All the products are the property of Ali’s Soft Club so you may not claim ownership (intellectual or exclusive) over any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products come “as is”, without any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied. Under no circumstances can our juridical person be accountable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses originating from the employment of or incapacity to use our products.

Payments And Renewals

All our products are available with 6 months of support and free updates and are mentioned on the landing pages as well. If you want to purchase a product, you will need to pay for it. You can pay through any of the following methods:

Credit Card — You will be asked to provide your credit card details and the payment will be processed through our payment gateway.

Bank Transfer — You will be asked to provide your bank details and the payment will be processed through our payment gateway.

PayPal — You will be asked to provide your PayPal account details and the payment will be processed through our payment gateway.

However, anything you download can be used as per our license policy.

Some features on the Service require payment of fees like amendmends, customization, enhancments or ticket support. If you elect to sign up for these features, you agree to pay Us the applicable fees and any taxes as described on the Service. All payments due are in the U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Support

Ali’s Soft Club provides its software and services “as is”, with no guarantee that they will work exactly according to your wishes or with any or all 3rd party components and plugins. In addition, we offer paid support through any means for installation, customization or administration on your portal / website. With that said, we do offer support for all our paid products, if you face any issues or if something isn’t working as advertised. We also offer support for bug fixes.

Refund Policy

The money-back guarantee and refund terms that apply to your package and billing term are set out under “Money-back guarantee and refunds” at the end of these terms, and on the Refund Policy page.

Warranty

We at Ali’s Soft Club do not guarantee or provide a warranty for the functionality of products in any way. There is no guarantee for its compatibility with all 3rd party components, plugins, web browsers and operating systems. You should however test the compatibility against the demonstrations on the demo pages. It is your responsibility to make sure compatibility since we cannot guarantee that products will work with all operating systems and browser.
